Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We process personal data for the management, analysis, and marketing of customer relationships or other business-related interactions. Data will only be disclosed to partners when necessary and possible.

Our operations comply with EU legislation on data storage, summarized as follows:

The data we store about individuals is lawful, reasonable, and processed transparently. This means you can access your data at any time.
Data has a specific purpose—data we collect is only for certain purposes. We do not disclose your data to third parties without a proper reason (e.g., customer relationship and accounting activities).
We minimize the data we store—we only retain what is necessary.
We strive to keep our data accurate.
We limit data retention—data has a defined lifespan, after which it is either automatically or routinely deleted unless there is a legal reason to retain it. The general retention period is 3 years, but this depends on the data. Detailed information is available upon request.
We store complete and reliable data, verified through methods such as backups.
We collect and store data based on customer relationships or potential new business customers. The collection of new potential customer data is based on business activities, and we collect the data ourselves.
We do not use automated decision-making in the processing of personal data.

We store minimal information related to the customer relationship, typically including the individual's identified name, company, and contact details such as email and/or phone number.

Sources of Information

From the individual themselves, or from customers using our services, with whom the individual has a customer, member, or similar relationship. Additionally, in relation to business activities, for example, in acquiring new customers, we may use names picked from the media, which we may contact for business purposes.

Disclosure and Transfer of Data

Data may be disclosed to our partners within the limits allowed and required by current legislation, unless the data subject has prohibited the disclosure of data. Data will only be disclosed to partners for purposes related to the provision of services.

We limit the disclosure of personal data to other parties—this practically means the following:

We use email marketing tools. Only the name, company, and email address are stored in these.
We use CRM tools to manage customer relationships, where we store minimized data such as name, contact details, and activities related to the customer relationship like meetings and other activities.
Some of the services we use operate outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Data transfers comply with data protection laws, and we adhere to the principles of data minimization and risk reduction. We use companies that are part of the Privacy Shield system (and in the future, equivalent mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses).

Register Protection

Electronically processed data in the register is technically protected by generally accepted means in the information security industry. Manually maintained materials are located in premises where unauthorized access is prevented.

Only individuals specifically identified by the data controller and employees of companies operating on its behalf have access to the data in the register.
